Chloe came over to say hi

Lady and I were alone on the little-dog side early this morning (Monday), but Bonnie soon brought her Chloe in with us.

They pretty much ignored us, with Bonnie throwing a ball to Chloe, but something interesting happened. For the first time ever, Chloe came over to say hi and get a few pats. I was pleased. I've petted very few dogs that have a ball in their mouths.

Chloe, a black-and-white border collie or Australian shepherd, and Bonnie left before we did.

We saw several dogs we recognized on the other side, including Willow, Tilly, Buster and Scooby.
