A WARMER DAY FOR US |
We didn't meet any people or animals, although we saw someone pull up next door. A dark cat sat nearby as someone got out of the car and went inside.
Dixie cried, and I don't know if she wanted to meet the person or if she wanted to chase the cat. The man wasn't interested, and the cat was mum.
I did notice two things: A flock of geese flew over, with one of them honking, and a young bird of some sort called repeatedly out of the bushes. Dixie showed no interest in the geese, but the chick's calling caused her to stop and look.
