The juggler

LADY GRINS

Lady has done lots of cute things since we got her Oct. 1, 2002 from the Guilford County (N.C.) Animal Shelter, but one of the cutest came early.

My wife Holly and I were standing in the kitchen talking, and Lady was in the darkened living room. I was looking over Holly's shoulder, and there was just enough light to see Lady lying on her back and juggling a dryer sheet on her four paws!

I was amazed then, and I'm still amazed in retrospect. And I didn't have a camera. In fact, if I'd had a camera and the room was lightened, she probably wouldn't have done it.
