I DON'T HAVE A PICTURE OF LADY GETTING RUN OVER AT THE DOG PARK, SO THIS WILL HAVE TO DO. |
She spun and went down and let out a loud YIPE! Crying all the way, she staggered up and limped badly to where I was sitting on a bench. She spent the next few minutes clearly afraid that she'd be hurt again, so I took her to the small-dog side.
Naturally, within minutes all of the humans present took their dogs and left.
Strangely, she was limping worse last week than she is now.
Update: Lady was limping slightly today, the day after she got hurt. We walked a little bit around the neighborhood, and she seemed happy with that.
Update: Because of her limp, I haven't taken her to the dog park but maybe once in a couple of weeks. She doesn't want to get into the van.
